This is a 4th DISCIPLINE CLINIC: NAVIGATING T1 & T2 + Practice Session
Athletes describe Coach Suzanne as a highly energetic and supportive coach who is certified in triathlon and wellness, as well as a Swim Team Coach at City of Austin Aquatics and a cycling instructor. She manages her busy schedule of personal races and raising her active family alongside her coaching commitments and LOVES making time for new endurance athletes.
In this workshop, you will learn how to effectively transition through a triathlon with hands-on experience. The first half of the workshop will focus on providing pre-race and race day advice, as well as the process of setting up a transition area and navigating T1 and T2.
You will have the opportunity to apply what you have learned and receive feedback from instructors after each practice session. Instructors will be available to answer any questions you may have. This workshop is highly recommended for those who are new to duathlons, triathlons, or anyone seeking to improve their transition skills.
What to bring: Everything you will use in your race: swim cap, goggles, bike shoes, running shoes, hat, socks, race belt and/or hand held or camel bak nutrition. This is your chance to practice anything you plan on using.
