About the Event
Brick Training Clinic Group Workout.
We will cover what brick training is, fast transistion tips and practice going from bike to run a few times.
Upon Arrival:
Check in, visit the Bike Kitty zone for free gear, and then proceed to race back and set up transition area on bike rack.
Workout (Complete 2-3 times) :
- Bike - 1 loop of Veloway ( 3 miles)
- Transition to running
- Run - 1K run (trail/neighborhood streets adjacent to park)
