About the Event
For this month's club interactive Zoom meetup, we brought out the big guns. Our guest experts will share facts and experiences to assist us in making better nutritional choices, as well as information on wardrobe alternatives for training and race day for different body shapes and religious beliefs. We will open the floor to attendees to ask questions and participate in an open conversation.

Marni Sumbal
Marni holds a Master of Science degree in exercise physiology and she is a Board Certified Sport Dietitian. She is a triathlon coach, as well as a 19x IRONMAN finisher. Â She is the owner of Trimarni Coaching and Nutrition and specializes in daily and sport nutrition and race week and race day nutrition for endurance athletes. She is passionate about helping athletes develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food and the body while prioritizing health over performance in order to excel on race day. Â
Khadijah Diggs
Khadijah is the first African-American Woman to be a member of the U.S. Long Course Triathlon Team and the first Hijabi to represent the U.S. in any Multisport event. She is a Mother, Project Manager and current Team USA and Silver Ironman All-World Triathlete. Â She is a mentor and head coach at DISK.
Ashley Miller
Ashley has been racing since 2009 and have done over 100 multisport events. 2x IM finisher, 11x 70.3 finisher, 4x national champion. Athena Triathletes Facebook Group apperal coordinator.
