Our mission is to improve our community's health and wellness through adult fitness and athletics. The overarching goal of Swim Bike Run Fun Club & Events is to raise female triathlon and cycling awareness and participation.
Our club's ambition is to make multisport training and events accessible, affordable, and enjoyable for women of all abilities, ages, and backgrounds. We provide educational training materials, skill clinics, gear donations, host health and wellness events, and produce local short-course athletic races to benefit all skill levels of female triathletes in order to foster a growing multi-sport community.

For health-care systems: the example we, (the endurance community/family) have set forth is one of a preventive and caring lifestyle. The hospital/medical world must be viewed as a partner in wellness rather than sickness. Simply put, by working together we are the bright spot on the hill for active and health conscious aspiring individuals in the community.
What We Do
Community Health Care Partners & Hospitals must be in the business of making a difference in people's lives. Swim Bike Run Fun Club has notable influence in the region in reaching women ages 35-65 with aspirational and competitive personal goals and needs that triathlon and cycling training and racing will help them fulfill through our clinics and events.

The more people who complete our events and challenges each month, the fewer people who visit the ER. Endurance athletes spend almost no money on medical care other than preventative, restorative and injury care.

Our audience is comprised of mostly Diverse Women and Decision Makers who appreciate luxury brands & care about their health with strong interests in health alternatives and a challenge.

Maintaining fitness requires commitment, and our finish lines provide that motivation and reward. A good example is the reality show Biggest Loser. Why did they begin with a sprint triathlon and progress to a marathon? Because those events/things affect people's lives.
