10K Trail Run Training (10weeks). Training plan based on time since m Most of us have hectic schedules and need assurance about how much training time we will commit. Training by time rather than distance is especially advantageous for rookie runners because focusing on a distance can make maintaining optimal training speed and form harder. It might also be discouraging if you are not physically prepared to run a longer distance. We set you up for success by incorporating rest days and various types of runs to get you ready for your next or first 10K trail race event.
