Who Are We & What We Offer


We are a USAT registered TriClub & Texas non-profit focused on developing and promoting Women's Endurance Fitness events, educational training clinic experiences, and organizing regional and national club meetups and health challenges centered on sports competition for women in multisport events (such as triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon, and aquabike) and their individual sports disciplines.

 

We have a diverse leadership background of women in our local club and national network that have a strong buying, influence and participatory level in their communities. 

 

Event Production Objectives

 
Our objectives for our event are as follows: to produce a high-quality event that promotes health and fitness and increases female multisport participation while also having fun.

A portion of the event proceeds will be donated to local youth and civic groups that have a participatory role in the event day volunteering, race production, and setup.
 
We assist sponsors in promoting their businesses through our event-specific promotions, digital ad campaigns, and athlete interactions.
 
Make enough money to keep bringing high-quality multisport and endurance events, as well as training clinics, to the area year after year.

Benefits to sponsors: Events like ours have directly resulted in increased brand loyalty, direct sales, tourism to the local area, which has resulted in hotel sell-outs, increased restaurant traffic, and repeat visitors! Businesses have benefited from increased exposure to our events through local and national media coverage.

 

Hundreds of athletes and spectators will flock to our venue for the race day health and fitness expo with the intention to buy and be exposed to fitness and lifestyle brands.

Additional Partnership Perks: Included on all major national race listing websites, and the official website of the USA Triathlon, Cycling, RunSignup, TriSignup and  Running Guides event calendar. These websites receive over 3M+ web visitor impressions per month.


Sponsors are listed on all local News, radio, print, digital & email campaigns and video event advertisements were applicable. 
 

Depending on the level of sponsorship, your donation may be treated as charitable tax deductible donation based on our recognized charitable status. All large unassigned cash donations received will be allocated to current projects/events and will be assigned sponsorship status. All sponsorships can be easily be paid for online with a signed online agreement. Let's work together!

$2,500 Title Sponsorship Position

  1. Event websiteS, include the company name/logo, as well as a link to the company's website.

  2. Recognition in all media releases, radio commercials, participant communication and marketing posters

  4. Name and/or Logo engraved on medals

  5. Along the start and finish lines, place your company's banner.

$1000 Athletic Sponsor  (Finisher Medals)

  1. The finisher medals ribbon will bear your company's logo or slogan. There are only two spots available for each event date.  (Multisport Event and Trail Running Event have separate medals.)

  2. Name listed on all event emails and virtual swag bags.

  3. Banner over podium photo booth

  1. Your company's name/logo will appear on volunteer shirts, named volunteer check-in zone .

Sponsor Listing $500 Shirt/Maps
