
What Should Women Expect at the Brick Clinic & Kit Expo?
Expect to lots of different ladies on bikes! Expect to see all types of bikes. Expect to see newbies to ironman athletes. Expect to see folks all sizes, ages and dressed how comfortable to them. No dress code or mandatory speed/effort expected. Come as you are and do what you can.
Seriously - come out to ride some laps with us on the Veloway, collect some cool swag and jazzy kits, make some new fit friends and/or re-connect with some old ones.

What to Bring Clinic Prep Checklist
5 Things Duathletes & Triathletes Should Bring:
Bike {any bike, all bikes can do the workout}
Helmet
Running shoes
Water Bottle
Towel/Mat
Optional Items To Consider:
• Sunglasses
• Socks (if you wear socks on the bike or run, bring them)
• Race Belt (if you don’t safety pin your bib to your running
shirt, bring a belt)
• Cycling gloves (if you wear gloves, bring them to practice)
• Any extra clothing you’d use for the bike or run, bring it. If
you like to throw a running shirt on, bring it.
• Hat or visor
• Water bottle or fuel belt for the run
• Towel for transition
• Watch and/or bike computer
